TV Wonder
One of the many problems with having a 9-5 job is that you miss awesome daytime television. (That is, if you don’t have Tivo, or you canceled your cable with DVR in a fit of rage. *ahem* Charter Sucks *ahem*) But I digress.
Anyway, my dad gave me an extra TV tuner (he just happened to have an extra one, cause that’s the kind of guy he is) and I installed it today. This TV tuner, btw, it is marketed under the brand name “TV Wonder“. I’d like to shake the hand of the ad wizard who came up with that name, because it is genius.
Now I will finally be able to record and watch Judge Judy at my leisure, instead of living vicariously through Jezebel’s clips. Incidentally, Jezebel has started a great series of posts, entitled “Conceptual Confrontations” wherein Judge Judy lays the smack down via comic strip. Seriously, check it out. Today she takes on Amy Winehouse. It’s hilarious.
