I’m Kindra Goehler—a painter and creative director based in Madison, Wisconsin.

A maximalist at heart, I operate under the premise that more is more. More color, more texture, more delight, more sparkle—because why settle for ordinary when extraordinary is an option?

I’m the co-founder of Dirigible Studio, where we help small businesses punch above their weight through smart, creative marketing and tools we’ve built specifically for them—like Nim and Dirigible Website Builder.

At Dirigible, I’ve built a team that has driven millions of dollars in revenue and hundreds of thousands of customers to our clients across travel, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing industries through visionary, interdisciplinary leadership that balances big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.

Outside of my marketing career, I’m a working artist. My paintings and illustrations are expressive, tactile, and explore the connection between landscapes, figures, and emotion. I document my creative process through studio notes and work-in-progress posts.

My other creative outlets include baking elaborate layer cakes and intricate pastries, cultivating my garden, and the ongoing labor of love that is restoring my mid-century home.

When I’m not building the next great business at Dirigible, I’m a mom to two kids who keep me on my toes and a calico cat who thinks she’s the boss. My husband Ryan is my partner in all things, and together we keep the house running—or at least standing.
